It’s been a thoughtful year. A year of pondering the information my clients need to achieve their goals and the tools I offer. A year of wondering, is there additional support I may be able to offer?

The word I keep returning to is consistency. While we may have solid nutrition knowledge (as solid as it can be working with current research and a never-ending expansion of food options), and perhaps good strategies, being consistent is the key to achieving results. Yet within the current American lifestyle, which is spontaneous and filled with calorie-dense, refined food ingredient options at every turn, it can be difficult to practice consistency.

So, this year I’m striving to help clients not just learn or update concepts that prevent or delay disease now and into their future, but to see consistency as worthy of further exploration and strategies. I’m expanding the tools I offer to promote consistency, and help you feel confident over time with your strategies.

Please let me know if this sounds revenant to you. I’m here to help.
