Fill out a comprehensive Nutritional Assessment form prior to our meeting, plan 60-90 minutes either in-person or online as we assess your nutritional health and address any concerns, if indicated, complete a food experiential based on your needs and create personalized strategies you look forward to implementing. This package includes a printed summary of your strategies and a 15 minute phone follow-up.
